Bill Lengfelder - 

 Fight choreographer, director, playwright, actor

 

Bill Lengfelder is a movement artist.  As a member of the Fabulous Beast Company, he helped to create three pieces which were nominated for Oliviers and he then performed in these pieces with the company all over the world (Dublin, Galway, London, Paris, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Wellington, and Wroclow, Poland in Gratowski's home theater).

 

Bill has been a company member of Kitchen Dog Theater for 23 of its 25 years.

 

A Certified Teacher of stage combat of the Society of American Fight Directors, Bill has choreographed theatrical violence for Kitchen Dog, Dallas Theater Center, Dallas Opera, Fort Worth Opera, and many other organizations as well as for the Fabulous Beast Dance Company. He choreographed stunts for the Wishbone educational series ("What's the Story Wishbone?") . He also served as stunt double for the dog occasionally.

 

Bill is a Full Professor of movement in the theater department at Southern Methodist University.
